Poetry at Skerries Mills – Fingal Poetry Festival are inviting people in Skerries to mark Poetry Day Ireland on April 30th by using windows and shop fronts all around Skerries to display the owners’ favourite poems. This can be hand written, printed, with or without illustrations.
The aim is to open a window on poetry on Poetry Day in a simple way, inviting passers by to read, reflect and take their minds of the present circumstances, to when “There will be Time” (which is this year’s Poetry Day theme).
