Open mic slots will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis. One 3 min performance per person, €5 entry fee. Just give your name at the door when you arrive.
This evening is dedicated to celebrating and nurturing the literary arts in our community. Your presence will help sustain a vibrant arts scene in Skerries and surrounding towns, allowing us to pay artists fairly for their participation in the 2024 Fingal Poetry Festival.

#FPF24 will be our fifth outing. Along with new and exciting events still being plotted, we’ll be bringing back some firm favourites – our poetry walks by the sea or through the forest, our unique ISL (Irish Sign Language) interpreted readings, and our Family Fest for younger poetry lovers – all, as usual, in the company of music, poetry’s first cousin.
